We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hands-on production role. This position plays an important part in supporting daily manufacturing operations, helping ensure products are assembled, packaged, inspected, and prepared to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Operate basic equipment and follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
• Inspect products and materials to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, sort, and prepare finished goods for shipping or storage.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area throughout the shift.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
• Support additional tasks as needed to help meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse settings is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks during the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
