Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service-focused professional to oversee daily retail operations and support a positive, high-performing store environment. In this role, you will help ensure excellent customer experiences, lead by example on the sales floor, and support team members in delivering consistent operational standards. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and skilled at balancing customer service, team leadership, and day-to-day retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of the retail location, including opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.
  • Monitor sales floor activity, merchandising standards, and inventory presentation to maintain a professional shopping environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, task assignment, and workflow coordination to support efficient operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Train new and existing team members on store processes, service standards, and operational expectations.
  • Support inventory control activities, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Review daily performance and communicate key updates to store leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, respect, and strong results.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and support a team.
