We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a production environment. In this role, you will help support daily operations by assisting with the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of products through the production process. The ideal candidate is motivated, quality-focused, and able to contribute positively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production activities to meet daily output and quality goals
• Operate equipment and tools as directed, following all safety and operational procedures
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Package, label, sort, and prepare products for the next stage of processing or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures, and team instructions
• Identify and report production issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support production schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, as required by the role
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
