• Monitor product availability and communicate stock needs to the appropriate team members
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily store goals

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or cash handling experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide attentive, respectful, and professional customer service
• Basic math and computer skills for transaction processing
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed, consistent with applicable laws
