This role supports day-to-day operations by helping ensure products are prepared, assembled, inspected, and packaged according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help maintain quality standards.
• Operate equipment and tools safely in accordance with training and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards to the appropriate team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support inventory handling, material movement, and general production needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a related environment is helpful, but not always required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, move, lift, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods as required by the role.
