We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic retail professional to join our team and help create an exceptional shopping experience for every guest. In this role, you will support daily store operations, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive, organized, and high-performing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout the shopping experience
• Help customers find products, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs
• Operate the register accurately, process transactions, and handle payments in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom
• Restock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure product displays are well maintained
• Support opening and closing duties, including basic store recovery and task completion
• Assist with inventory counts, shipment processing, and other store operations as needed
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide courteous, professional service in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting and physical tasks as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
